In this section you can find the technology of remote studies of physical process during plasma application of coatings and thin films. The designed Remote Control System enables to control the composition and power spectrum of the particles precipitating on the substrate by changing the composition and pressure of plasma generating gas. The remote researcher can study the spatial dependences of plasma characteristics along the discharge axis by moving the radiation detector.
